The Hotel

The show will be held at the Basin Harbor Club in Vergennes, Vermont our fourth time at this site. For those of you who have never been, the BHC is a seasonal luxury hotel that allows us to open their season for them. The 700+ acre grounds on Lake Champlain are beautiful, the accommodations comfortable, the food delicious, and the staff wonderful. For more information about the BHC, go to www.basinharbor.com.

The best thing about the BHC is everything is on site: once you arrive, you don t need to use your car again until you leave.

Because room and RV reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, to be fair to everyone, reservations can be made starting November 1.
No reservations will be taken before this date.

The BHC requires that you complete the two-page room reservation form. Send the completed form with your deposit by mail or fax (no phone or email reservations accepted) to make your reservation. Reservations must be made no later than April 9.

The hotel offers both hotel rooms and cottages. The majority of cottages are studio or one-bedroom (the latter have a separate living room). There are also some multi-bedroom suite cottages (16 two-bedroom, and five three-bedroom), where each bedroom has their own bath, but there s a shared living room and entrance.

Room Rates per night:

Rooms: $109

Studio or 1-bedroom cottages: $125

2-bedroom suite cottages: $250

3-bedroom suite cottages: $375

All room rates include the BHC famous buffet breakfast.

The rates do not include state and local taxes (currently 9%).

Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so you are encouraged to make your reservations early, especially if you want a multi-bedroom cottage. Please note that the hotel assigns the cottages. While they make every effort to honor requests, they sometimes are not able to. In those cases, a comparable cottage will be assigned.

Also note that the BHC is not a large hotel, and we filled it in 1995. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to make your reservations early.

RVs & Camping

The BHC will provide parking for a few RVs at the rate of $35 per night. Reservations must be made in advance, and you must check in at the front desk upon arrival. No hook-ups are available. To make a reservation, use the room reservation form here.
